Fyxer, the AI email assistant that sorts your inbox and drafts replies in your own voice

In one line: Fyxer plugs into Gmail or Outlook, labels what needs a reply, and writes draft replies that sound like you (it never sends them for you), plus it takes meeting notes; you get a 14-day free trial, then drafts and labeling cost from $37 a month billed yearly.

What it is

Fyxer is an AI assistant that lives inside the email you already use. You sign in with Google or Microsoft, and it reads about 300 of your recent emails to learn your tone, vocabulary and how you usually reply. From then on it sorts incoming mail into labels like To respond, FYI and Marketing, and when an email needs an answer (a question, a request, a deadline, a meeting ask) it puts a draft reply right in your Drafts folder and inside the thread. If someone wants to meet and your calendar is connected, the draft includes your real availability and a scheduling link. Fyxer never sends anything on its own: you read the draft, fix it if needed, and hit send. Around the inbox it also has a meeting notetaker that joins your calls and emails you a summary with action items, a follow-up list of things you promised people, a chat you can ask questions, Spaces for organizing work by client or project, and Flows, which are small automated routines like sending an agenda before every meeting.

Who it's for

Anyone whose day disappears into email: founders, consultants, salespeople, real estate agents, recruiters, accountants, assistants, anyone who answers a lot of similar messages and loses track of what they promised whom. It works with personal Gmail, Google Workspace, and cloud-hosted Microsoft 365 / Outlook accounts. It's less useful if you get a handful of emails a day, or if your company runs its own on-premise Exchange server, which Fyxer doesn't support.

Try this today

Go to fyxer.com, click Start for free and sign in with your Google or Microsoft work account. Signing up starts a 14-day free trial of the Team plan, so you get the drafts and labeling straight away. Before you start, turn on conversation view in Gmail or Outlook, because Fyxer needs it to see whole threads (and if you're on a company Outlook account, ask IT to approve Fyxer first so you don't burn trial days waiting). When Fyxer emails you "Does this sound like you?", read the tone it learned and correct it in Dashboard → Settings → Drafts. Then just work your inbox for a day: open the To respond label and see how many drafts you can send with little or no editing. For an older email it didn't draft, forward it to [email protected] with the word "draft" in the body.

The catch

The two features most people sign up for, draft replies in your voice and automatic inbox labeling, are not on the Free plan. When the 14-day trial ends your account drops to Free automatically (no charge, nothing to cancel), and Free keeps only a profile, a weekly email briefing, a daily dashboard, 3 personal Spaces and 400 credits a month for chat and audio-only meeting notes (a recorded hour uses 60). So treat Free as "trial only" if email is why you're there. Fyxer also needs deep access: it reads your mail, your calendar and, if you let it, your meetings. Fyxer says it's SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified and that its AI providers can't train on your data, but you're still handing an outside company your inbox, so check your company's rules first. The meeting notetaker joins video calls as a visible attendee, which some guests won't love. Paid plans run on credits too: after a launch offer of unlimited credits for the first 3 months, Pro includes 3,000 credits a month, and when they run out inbox sorting pauses first. Finally, Fyxer's own pages don't fully agree on trial details (the pricing table shows a Pro trial, the FAQ and help center say the trial is on Team), so expect the trial to be Team.
